Annual statutory audits for your company can be a very stressful and time-consuming process, especially when you’re trying to balance your other responsibilities at the same time.
With our audit and financial reporting team, we’ll take the reins and deal with HMRC and Companies House on your behalf. We’ll tailor the audit to suit your operational model and business structure.
The purpose of an audit is to make sure the accounts you provide to HMRC are accurate and provide a true insight into your company’s workings.
For larger businesses and charities, these audits are compulsory. Smaller organisations tend to go through an independent examination and some choose to go through a voluntary audit as it can be useful and can help reassure investors and lenders.
If you work as part of a charity, Landmark can cater to that also. Making sure a charity is compliant with any statement of recommended practice (SORP) requirements is the first step. If your charity is audit-exempt, then we can provide independent examinations.
